-The only child of millionaire widower Elijah "Big Daddy" La Bouff, Juliette has been given everything she could ever want since birth. Raised in New Orleans, her childhood was colorful and bright, full of culture and life. Despite the liveliness, she was lonely. Good friends were hard to come by, especially because of her father's money. There were many times as a child that Juli wished her father wasn't so rich, so that she could be a normal girl. Still, she's grateful for what she has, and appreciates the fact that she never had to face hardship.
Even as a teenager, Juli and her father were close. The two of them have always been close, and able to talk about anything. When something would happen, and fairy-tale and romance loving Juliette would get heartbroken, her father would listen. No matter what it was, from being dumped by a boyfriend, to having a friend stab her in the back, he listened. The two were all each other had, and they relied on each other. Not wanting to mess up their family, Elijah never remarried after his wife died when Juli was three. To make up for not having a maternal figure, he spoiled her with gifts and affection.
A born romantic, she's always dreamed of finding her prince charming and living happily ever after. When she finished high school, Juli wasn't sure what she wanted to do. However, after a suggestion from a friend, she got the degrees needed to start up her own wedding planning business. Since graduating, she moved to Lake Walters, to start up her business. With money and a big house from Big Daddy, she's started it up, using the beautiful house as a venue for weddings.
Still, though, she's struggling a bit. Being new to town, she doesn't know as many vendors as she'd like. Finding reliable people to help with her business is her current priority, and for the first time in her life, finding her fairy tale is taking the back seat. Her days are full of visiting with clients, choosing decorations, and trying to meet as many local photographers and caterers as she can. It may be tedious, but Juli loves it. She may not be getting her romance yet, but she gets to give it to other couples, which she loves to do.
Loyal to a fault, slightly ditzy, and eternally optimistic, Juli is an easy person to get along with. While there are times that she can be completely unrealistic and a bit annoying about it, she will do anything to help those she considers friends. While girly and sweet, she can be tough if she needs to. Juliette La Bouff is a good old fashioned southern belle, and is quite proud of it. Bilingual, she speaks French just as well, if not sometimes better, than English.

For now, though, she's being realistic and mature and focusing on her business, rather than fun. More than anything, Juli wants to prove that she's strong enough to make it on her own, and that she can run a business without going to Big Daddy for help every time she gets into trouble.
